Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Push vegetables to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble until cooked.
Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
Drizzle sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
