Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
4. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating well.
5. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
