French Dip Sandwiches Recipe

- 2 pounds Beef chuck roast
- 1 packet Dry onion soup mix
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 rolls French rolls split
1. Place beef chuck roast in a slow cooker. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the roast and pour beef broth around it.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is tender and shreds easily.
3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Split the French rolls and place a slice of provolone cheese on each roll.
4. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are toasted.
5. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Place the shredded beef on the toasted rolls.
6. Serve the sandwiches with a small bowl of the au jus from the slow cooker for dipping.
