Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Fideo pasta
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add fideo pasta and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Stir in tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
