- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
- 1 cup Milk warmed
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warmed milk and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick and cut into circles.
Heat a griddle over medium heat and cook the muffins for about 5 minutes on each side.
