Egg Fried Rice Recipe
Quick and easy egg fried rice, perfect for a weeknight meal.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables frozen or fresh
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Push the vegetables to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
Add the cooked rice to the wok and mix everything together.
Pour the soy sauce over the rice and stir well to combine.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
