Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper to taste
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the chicken broth in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil.
  3. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the broth in a circular motion.
  4. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
