- 6 Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped Vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, spinach)
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
Let them cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Enjoy!
