Edible Cookie Dough
A quick and safe-to-eat cookie dough recipe for those who can't resist the batter.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour heat-treated
- ½ cup Butter softened
- ½ cup Brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- ½ cup Chocolate chips
Heat treat the flour by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla extract and milk.
Gradually add the cooled flour and mix until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
