Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Slowly add hot milk to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  5. Pour mixture into ramekins.
  6. Place ramekins in a baking dish and fill with hot water halfway up the sides.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool before serving.
