Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Slowly add hot milk to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
Pour mixture into ramekins.
Place ramekins in a baking dish and fill with hot water halfway up the sides.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
Let cool before serving.
