Crusty Dutch Oven Bread Recipe
This is a simple and delicious recipe for crusty bread made in a Dutch oven.

Main Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1.5 cups warm water
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast. Add warm water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place Dutch oven in the oven to preheat.
4. Turn dough onto a floured surface and shape into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest while the oven heats up.
5. Carefully remove Dutch oven from the oven. Place dough into the Dutch oven, cover with lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Remove lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the bread is golden brown.
7. Remove bread from Dutch oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
