  • 4 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  5. 5. Add the diced potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. 6. Add the corn kernels, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
