Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast diced
  • 2 pieces Hard-Boiled Eggs sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1 cup Avocado diced
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, chicken, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, blue cheese, and bacon.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately.
