  • 2 pints Heavy Cream unpasteurized if possible

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°F (82°C).
  2. Pour the heavy cream into a shallow baking dish.
  3. Place the dish in the oven and let it cook for 12 hours.
  4. After 12 hours, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Once cooled, cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  6. After refrigeration, a thick layer of clotted cream will have formed on top. Scoop this off and store in a separate container.
