  • 2 cups Clams chopped
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Gradually add the milk and water, stirring constantly.
  5. 5. Add the diced potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. 6. Add the chopped clams and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
