Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Yeast

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, then roll it up tightly.
  6. Place in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
