Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
A hearty and delicious breakfast casserole perfect for Christmas morning.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 6 slices Bread, cubed
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk, salt, and dry mustard. Mix well.
Place bread cubes in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cooked sausage and cheese.
Pour egg mixture over the bread, sausage, and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
