Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add the remaining vegetable oil and garlic. Stir-fry for a few seconds.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Return the chicken to the wok. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well.
  6. 6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
