Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups Shredded zucchini about 1 medium zucchini
- 0.75 cup Chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in the shredded zucchini and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
