Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken diced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 pcs Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Push the vegetables to the side and add the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice and chicken to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry everything together for about 5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the remaining vegetable oil around the edges of the wok and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
