Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining vegetable oil to the wok. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
