Chicken Soup Recipe
A simple and hearty chicken soup recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 whole Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 2 pcs Bay Leaves
1. In a large pot, add the chicken and cover with water. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes.
2. Remove the chicken from the pot. Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Shred the chicken and return it to the pot. Add chicken broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and bay leaves. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
4. Remove bay leaves before serving. Enjoy your chicken soup!
