Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Salsa for serving
- 1 cup Sour cream for serving
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with ½ cup of cheese.
Spread 1 cup of shredded chicken over the cheese.
Top with another ½ cup of cheese and place another tortilla on top.
Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
