Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
A comforting and classic chicken noodle soup recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 8 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Celery sliced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 oz Egg noodles
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 10-15 minutes. Remove the chicken and shred it.
5. Return the shredded chicken to the pot. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender, about 7-8 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
