- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Marsala Wine
- 1 cup Chicken Broth low sodium
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add butter and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are browned.
5. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
6. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
7. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
