Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
