Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Tomato

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, a chicken patty, and a tomato slice on each bun. Serve immediately.
