Chicken and Rice Casserole Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
- 1 cup Uncooked Rice
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables frozen
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
