Chicken and Dumplings Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- ½ cup Butter melted
1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. Stir in milk and melted butter until just combined.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling broth.
6. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until dumplings are cooked through.
7. Season with pepper and serve hot.
