Marinade Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup orange juice freshly squeezed
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 lbs flank steak
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, white vinegar, ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Place the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it against the grain. Serve and enjoy!
