Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar Salad with a homemade dressing.

Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup Croutons
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until dressing is emulsified.
4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
