Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 2 pcs Carrots sliced
- 1 pc Onion diced
- 4 cups Vegetable Broth
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
3. Add sliced carrots and chopped cabbage, cook for 5 minutes.
4. Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
