Waffle Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 large Eggs
- 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Lightly grease the waffle iron and pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron. Cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
