Buttermilk Cornbread Recipe

- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Melted butter
- 2 Eggs beaten
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, honey, melted butter, and beaten eggs.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
