  • 2 cups Broccoli florets chopped
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets chopped
  • ½ cup Red onion diced
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
