Bread Pudding Recipe
A classic dessert made with leftover bread, milk, eggs, and spices.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Day-old bread, cubed
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 0.5 cup Raisins (optional)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add the cubed bread and raisins (if using) to the mixture. Stir until the bread is well-coated.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
