Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Do not drain.
Sprinkle flour over the sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually stir in milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens, stirring frequently.
Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
Pour sausage gravy over the biscuits.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
Serve warm.
