Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef strips thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
