Beef Stir Fry Recipe
A quick and easy beef stir fry recipe that's perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef strips thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup Carrots julienned
1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
