Beef Stew Recipe
A hearty and comforting beef stew perfect for chilly days.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into cubes
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Red Wine
- 3 pcs Carrots sliced
- 4 pcs Potatoes diced
- 1 pc Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 pcs Bay Leaves
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in red wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Remove bay leaves and serve hot.
