Beef on Weck Recipe
A classic Buffalo, NY sandwich featuring roast beef on a kummelweck roll.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Roast beef thinly sliced
- 4 Kummelweck rolls
- 1 cup Beef au jus
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish optional
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Warm the roast beef in the beef au jus.
3. Slice the kummelweck rolls in half and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
4. Pile the warm roast beef onto the bottom half of each roll.
5. Spread horseradish on the top half of each roll, if using.
6. Serve the sandwiches with a side of beef au jus for dipping.
