Beef and Broccoli Recipe
A quick and easy beef and broccoli stir-fry recipe that's perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef (sliced thin)
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Ginger (minced)
1. In a bowl, mix beef slices with cornstarch and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Add remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
4. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add a splash of water if needed.
5. Return beef to the wok. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot over steamed rice.
