Bannock Recipe
A simple and traditional bannock recipe, perfect for a quick bread fix.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
2. Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Divide dough into small portions and flatten each piece.
5. Fry each piece in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Serve warm.
