Instructions
1. Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar in a bowl. Marinate the pork in the mixture for 15 minutes.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the pork until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each baguette.
4. Layer the cooked pork, cucumber, carrot, daikon radish, and cilantro inside the baguettes.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
