  • 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and mashed bananas.
  3. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the banana mixture until just blended. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
