Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chopped nuts optional
  • ½ cup dried fruit optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, milk, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruit if using.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
  6. Let cool before cutting into bars.
