Baked French Toast

- 1 loaf French bread sliced
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Arrange the bread slices in the baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread, making sure all slices are well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
