Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Balls halved
  • 1 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts quartered
  • 1 cup Salami sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives pitted
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, salami, olives, red onion, and basil.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
