Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Burger Buns
  • 4 slices Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until melted.
  7. Serve the patties on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
