Agua de Jamaica Hibiscus Water Recipe
A refreshing Mexican drink made from dried hibiscus flowers.

- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup sugar adjust to taste
1. Rinse the dried hibiscus flowers under cold water.
2. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
3. Add the hibiscus flowers to the boiling water and reduce heat. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
5. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
