  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar adjust to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the dried hibiscus flowers under cold water.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the hibiscus flowers to the boiling water and reduce heat. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let it cool. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  5. 5. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
